Position Overview

Mid-level Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on Java backend development and cloud-based solutions in AWS. Works across the full stack to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software, including REST APIs, database integration, front-end features, automated testing, and deployment support. Collaborates closely with product owners, QA, architecture, and operations teams in an Agile environment. Operates with moderate independence while escalating complex issues as needed. Reports to the Engineering Lead or Manager.

Core Responsibilities

• **Strategic Execution:** Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack web application features using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.
• **Operational Oversight:** Manage assigned development work from design through deployment, ensuring code quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
• **Collaboration:** Coordinate with product owners, QA, architects, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• **Technical Performance:** Maintain and optimize application architecture, APIs, database interactions, and cloud-based services in AWS.
• **Application Development:** Build and support backend services, RESTful APIs, database integrations, and front-end functionality across the application stack.
