About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join our prestigious legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a legal professional to utilize their expertise in workers' compensation law to defend clients effectively in complex cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload, representing employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in various legal proceedings. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent courtroom skills, and the ability to develop strategic case defenses. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the state bar. A minimum of five years of experience in workers' compensation defense is required, along with proven expertise in court proceedings, depositions, case management, trial practice, and mediation. Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of workers' compensation law, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
