Project Overview
PennDOT is seeking a
Senior Full Stack Developer
to support design and development of the
PA Unified Crash System
. The developer will work under the Technical Lead and Architect to design, develop, test, and document features using
Angular, Java Spring Boot, ArcGIS/GIS tools, and Azure technologies
.


Must Have Skills (Required)

• 8+ years Full Stack Development experience
• Angular (Angular 14+ preferred)
• Java + Spring Boot (Microservices)
• REST API development/integration
• Esri ArcGIS Maps API / SDK for JavaScript
• ArcGIS Enterprise + ArcGIS Online administration experience
• GIS services development (geocoding, geoprocessing)
• PostgreSQL / PostGIS experience
• Azure DevOps CI/CD + Docker containerization
• Accessibility knowledge (WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 / ADA)
