Job Description

We are seeking a talented Web Designer & Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing interfaces and developing responsive, high-performance websites and web applications. You will work closely with the team to create intuitive user experiences and implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly website layouts.
• Develop websites and web applications using modern technologies.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive web pages.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
• Collaborate with the team to improve existing products and develop new features.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Test, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Knowledge of PHP and Laravel is a plus.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in web design or web development is an advantage.
