About this role

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using
React.js and Next.js
.


Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.


Design and implement
scalable frontend architectures
following industry best practices.


Contribute to
High-Level Designs (HLDs)
focusing on rendering strategies, performance optimization, and maintainability.


Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into clean, reusable code.


Optimize applications for
performance, scalability, and accessibility
.


Integrate and manage
external libraries and third-party tools
effectively.


Implement and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for automated builds and deployments.


Write
unit test cases
and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.


Maintain clear documentation for components, workflows, and architectural decisions.


Take initiative to improve development processes and propose innovative solutions.


Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience working with external libraries and UI component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Plus Points)

• Knowledge or hands-on exposure to AI / LLMs.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of backend or full-stack concepts.
• Experience with AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Route53, etc.).
