About this role
The Front Office Manager is responsible in managing the daily overall operations of the front desk and guest services, including the concierge, transport, luggage services and management of front office personnel such as staff training and shift scheduling.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hotel Management and/or any four-year related course.
- Desirably with master’s degree in any chosen field of specialization in Hospitality Management.
- 5 - 10 years’ experience as Front Office Manager in an International class Hotel and Restaurant Industry.
- Experienced and knowledgeable on OPERA System.
- Knowledgeable in Hotel Front Office operation and systems.
- Knowledgeable in Hospitality Industry Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
- Knowledgeable in Guests Satisfaction and Loyalty Programs.
- Computer literate.
