Position Summary:

Kind Lending is automating the loan lifecycle end to end — from broker-initiated change requests through automated underwriting, condition clearing, CD delivery, and closing docs. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will own delivery of automation features that connect our Blue Sage loan origination system, our Kwikie broker portal, and third-party services like Gateless. You will ship production code daily, with AI coding agents as your primary multiplier.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features across the broker portal and LOS — APIs, integrations, event-driven back-end automation, and the front-end surfaces that expose them.
• Deliver automation for high-impact lending workflows: change of circumstance, re-disclosures, condition clearing, CD and closing document automation.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and manage third-party service connections (LOS, AUS, pricing, verification, and appraisal vendors).
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, and Ops/Sales UAT testers in fast pilot-driven release cycles; fix issues as pilots expand.
• Participate in code reviews — both human-written and AI-generated code — and hold the quality bar in a regulated environment.
