For our client we are looking for the following profile

Role Description

• Vision & Strategy: You will design the roadmap for the POS system of the future and ensure that we not only meet our customers' needs, but anticipate them.

• Multi-Platform Excellence: You will manage the development of our app landscape with a focus on Android. You understand the challenges of different form factors (from compact card terminals to large stationary tablets).

• Delivery Management: You lead your cross-functional development team with clarity and enthusiasm. You moderate ceremonies, resolve blockers and celebrate releases.

• Requirements Engineering: You translate complex business logic into precise technical requirements and user stories that leave no questions unanswered for developers.

Qualifications

• Experience: You have several years of experience in agile product development, ideally in the SaaS, fintech or POS sector.

• Android native: You have already scaled apps for various types of Android devices and are familiar with the pitfalls of hardware integration.

• Hybrid skill set: You are just as confident in C-level stakeholder management as you are in refining a backlog in detail.

• Hands-on mentality: ‘Getting things done’ is your motto. You write requirements that are both functional and technically sound.
