About the Role

We are building AI-native systems to automate real estate operations, customer communication, and business workflows.

We are looking for a Founding AI Platform Engineer to design and build the core AI infrastructure powering these products.

This is a high-ownership engineering role, not a routine full-stack job.

You will work on:

• AI agent orchestration systems
• Real-time voice AI agents
• Multi-agent workflows
• Model routing and cost optimization
• Scalable SaaS backend architecture

What You Will Build

• AI orchestration platform (agents + workflows)
• Real-time voice AI calling system
• AI CRM and automation tools
• RAG / knowledge systems
• Multi-tenant SaaS backend
• Model routing + token optimization engine

Key Responsibilities

AI Systems

• Build multi-agent orchestration and execution flows
• Implement model routing (cost, latency, quality-based)
• Design memory, context, and tool-calling systems
• Add guardrails, retries, and failure handling

Voice AI

• Build real-time voice agents (calls + conversations)
• Integrate STT, LLMs, and TTS pipelines
• Handle interruptions, latency, and call transfers
• Work with Twilio / WebRTC / SIP systems

Backend & Platform

• Build scalable APIs (Node.js / Python)
• Design multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, queues
• Build real-time WebSocket systems

Performance & Cost

• Reduce token usage and API cost
• Optimize latency across AI pipelines
• Improve retrieval and response quality
• Monitor system performance in production
