We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and strategic financial planning.


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, the Financial Analyst, FP&A will assist in performing analyses to generate relevant and actionable insights supported by data, focused on supporting business decisions and financial controls. They will utilize various reporting tools and will liaise with various stakeholders to forecast, plan, and analyze results to ensure the delivery of accurate financial information.


In this role, you will:

  • Prepare accurate and quality period-end Management reporting and provide variance analyses against forecast, plan and prior year for Senior Management, Operations and Clinics.
  • Prepare and take ownership of month-end close journal entries and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (within and outside of Finance) to address any discrepancies and streamline reporting processes, as well as to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Analyze/model new revenue and expense initiatives and quantify the financial impact to aid in decision making within the organization.
