Position Summary

As our Financial Analyst, you are the financial backbone of Stem Health's day-to-day operations, the person who ensures that every transaction is accurate, every invoice is processed on time, and every number tells the right story.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the operations team, you will manage our core accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, membership billing, contractor payments, payroll support, and financial record-keeping. Beyond the books, you are a strategic analytical collaborator for the leadership team, distilling complex financial metrics into meaningful narratives that guide our approach to membership scaling, service pricing, and overall clinic performance.This is an early-stage role with real breadth you will be building and maintaining the financial systems of a growing private healthcare organization, and your attention to detail will directly support the quality of care we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable and bank reconciliation

  • Receive, verify, and process vendor and supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage payment runs and ensure all payables are coded correctly to the appropriate cost centres.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready records of all AP transactions and supporting documentation.
