Overview

We are currently searching for the Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning Department. The financial Analyst supports the Financial Planning function by assisting with financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, financial planning, etc. This role focuses on the management and internal report with the data-driven analytical support, and providing backup coverage to ensure smooth execution of financial planning activities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• GIC Management
• Calculation of FTP (Fund Transfer Pricing)
• CDIC returns
• Assist with Budget Management
• Assist with Financial Planning
• Backup support for Treasury
• Backup support for Regulatory reporting
• Support for internal/external Audits
• Participate new treasury initiatives project (GIC on boarding/ Note issuance, etc)
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments requested by Senior Manager and CFO

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and deliver the periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) management reports with analyses.
• Prepare and deliver the internal reports.
• Prepare analytical reports to support CFO and Sr. Manager.
