Greenhouse is seeking an energetic, results-oriented new graduate to join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst with an Accounts Receivable focus. This is a unique cross-functional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CPG and contribute to a rapidly growing company. Our ideal candidate has a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is curious to learn about all aspects of the business. While a background in accounting or finance is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for someone who loves numbers, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to get stuck in and learn. This role will support the accounts receivable function while contributing to financial analysis, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and bad debt summaries.
- Analyze customer payment behaviour and identify trends to mitigate risk and improve performance.
- Support month-end close by reconciling AR balances and resolving open items.
Dispute & Deduction Management
- Investigate and resolve short payments, pricing disputes, promotional deductions, returns, and other payment discrepancies.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade teams to validate claims and ensure accurate resolution.
- Track dispute resolution efforts and initiate recovery of invalid deductions.
Customer Account Management
- Maintain accurate customer master data, including credit terms, contact information, and payment details.
