Candidate must live in the states of NY-NJ-CT and be able to commute to our office in Midtown NYC

Function

As the Project Manager supporting Finance initiatives you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the ERP system implementation and other Finance-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with existing systems. You will report to the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) and collaborate closely with Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management:
Lead Finance and ERP projects with strong leadership and organizational skills. Manage competing priorities, project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs. Translate those needs into detailed business requirements, process flows, and user stories, ensuring ERP functionality aligns with financial operations.
- Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including specifications, workflows, process maps, wireframes, and functional designs tailored for Finance systems.
- Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between Finance, IT, vendors, and other departments. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
