About The Role
We're looking for someone to own Hubtype's administrative and financial operations — not to manage tasks, but to design systems, lead with AI, and make the calls that no automation can.


You'll be the sole person in this function, working closely with the CEO, CX Director and cross-functional teams, with real autonomy and full accountability.


Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
— Monthly close, supplier payments, tax obligations (VAT, IRPF, SS), cash flow oversight, and compliance with ISO 27001, DORA and ENS audits.


Billing & Revenue Operations
— Own the full billing cycle, resolve invoicing discrepancies, and collaborate with CX and Sales on activations, renewals and commissions.


Admin & Operations
— Inventory (Barcelona based), support People with onboarding/offboarding logistics, documentation, office logistics and team events.


AI & Automation
— Experiment relentlessly, build and maintain automation workflows, pilot new tools, and turn efficiency gains into structural company assets.
