Job Overview
We are looking for an Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to support business teams by collecting information, understanding business needs, analyzing data, and helping document requirements. Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business requirements from clients, users, and team members.
• Organize and analyze business information and data to identify trends and issues.
• Create basic business documents such as requirements, process flows, and reports.
• Work with different teams to understand business processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist with creating use cases, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in meetings with business users and project teams.
• Track requirements, changes, issues, and project updates.
• Prepare basic status reports and communicate project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** and data analysis.
• Ability to understand business requirements and document information clearly.
• Basic understanding of business processes and reporting.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with **0–2 years of experience** are welcome.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
