Position Overview:
We are seeking a multi-skilled Business Analyst with QA experience to join our team in Boston, MA.


This hybrid role supports requirement elicitation and solution validation across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure solutions are clearly defined, thoroughly tested, and aligned with business objectives.

Business Analyst (Mid-Level / Junior-Level / Entry-Level)


Location:
Boston, MA (Onsite Local Candidates Only)


Project Duration:
12 Months


Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs, and FRDs
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against defined requirements
• Maintain requirement traceability documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (entry-level candidates with strong internship/project experience are encouraged to apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent documentation and analytical abilities
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA
