As an SDET II, you will own the design and implementation of automated testing solutions across features and services. You will play a key role in improving test frameworks, increasing system reliability, and driving quality best practices across the team.
This role is suited for engineers who can work independently, contribute to system-level quality improvements, and influence testing strategy. You’ll tackle hard testing problems, eliminate flakiness, influence architecture for testability, and raise the quality bar across teams. ### RESPONSIBILITIES:
#### TEST AUTOMATION & FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test solutions and/or tooling
- Extend and improve test frameworks to enhance reliability, maintainability, and performance
- Translate product requirements into comprehensive and effective test strategies
- Ensure test code is clean, reusable, and aligned with engineering best practices
#### QUALITY ENGINEERING
- Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively address them
- Advocate for and implement best practices in testing and quality
- Reduce flaky tests and improve CI/CD pipeline stability
- Contribute to reducing technical debt in test infrastructure
#### SCOPING & EXECUTION
- Independently scope, plan, and execute testing efforts for projects
- Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure features are testable
- Deliver high-quality test solutions with minimal oversight
