In this job, you’ll play a key role in supporting the people, financial, and operational processes that keep our Enterprise Security organization running effectively. This position provides visibility into workforce planning, budget performance, vendor spend, invoice readiness, and organizational data that help leaders make informed decisions in a highly regulated, critical infrastructure environment.


More specifically, you’ll support the Enterprise Security Business Operations portfolio by providing resource management support to help allocate cybersecurity personnel and assets efficiently, maintaining accurate organization and headcount records, supporting organization cleanup and movement activities, preparing monthly Cyber financial updates, and supporting Non-PO invoice processing, including invoice readiness review, funding and vendor validation, approval coordination, payment tracking, and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
• Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
• Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review.
• Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits.
