Entry Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years in a related supervisory position OR Associate’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience, Two years of which in a related supervisory position OR Two years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and support of HL7 standards.
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and securely.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinical staff, technical staff, program staff, administrators, and developers, to gather and document business requirements for the EHR system.

Provide ongoing support for the EHR system, including managing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy and security compliant with HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate with developers and administrators to resolve technical issues and enhance platform performance.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users, by interfacing with vendor Support Teams to address issues related to software promptly.
