Engineering Product Owner - Digital Channels

Our Market Services team designs and runs digital platforms that support the post-trade lifecycle. We focus on replacing manual processes with simple, scalable digital solutions that help our clients and internal teams work more efficiently.

What role will you play?

In this role you will lead how Market Services connects and works with clients, counterparties and internal teams through digital channels. You will turn manual interactions like emails and spreadsheets into clear digital workflows, working closely with engineering, data and operations teams. Your work helps shape how people, systems and automation work together across the post-trade lifecycle.

• Strong product ownership experience in engineering-led environments, with the ability to shape what is built and why
• Experience designing and delivering digital platforms or workflow systems that replace manual processes
• A clear understanding of system integration, including how different applications exchange data and trigger actions
• Confidence working with automation and artificial intelligence to improve operational workflows
• The ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders and lead prioritisation to deliver practical, scalable outcomes.
