What this job involves: This role leads ongoing facility activities and oversees vendors while maintaining overall responsibility for the operational integrity and reliability of engineering infrastructure across assigned facilities. The ideal candidate combines strong customer-service instincts with an outgoing, friendly, and collaborative approach to facility management.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Establish and maintain a safety-first culture by promoting safe work practices, ensuring timely training completion, and driving best practices for safe behavior • Oversee implementation of approved initiatives and programs by managing and coordinating property team efforts including vendors, contractors, and facility employees

• Maintain interface with third-party vendors, ensuring total contract compliance, accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution
• Generate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), maintaining document libraries with annual reviews and revisions
• Interact with clients, JLL team members, suppliers, consultants, and vendors on facilities and property matters
• Oversee projects and initiatives to improve facilities operations and service delivery
• Ensure resources are allocated appropriately and work orders are completed in a timely manner
