2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Product Designer role focuses on collaborating with the patient matching team to improve how patients find suitable therapists, setting a clear experience vision. This position plays a key role in enhancing accessibility and affordability in mental health care by designing effective user experiences that support the organization''s mission.

3. Responsibilities:

• Apply interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills within a cross-functional, mission-driven team.

• Develop and evolve the organization''s design system as provider experiences scale.

• Contribute to team culture, processes, and growth of the design team.

4. Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.

• Proven ability to deliver innovative consumer-facing experiences; experience with mobile web is a plus.

• Proficiency in Figma and collaboration with product, engineering, and user research teams.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of projects.

• Motivation aligned with the mission to improve access and affordability in mental health care.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The starting salary for Senior Product Designer, Patient Matching is $200,000.
