As a Digital Product Owner, youll guide the evolution of core platforms that support our Hub Services teams, bringing clarity to complexity and helping the business move with confidence. Youll translate needs into meaningful outcomes, champion smarter ways of working and play a key role in uplifting our digital capability.

This is a permanent full-time role based inTmakiMakaurau (Auckland).


Ng Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Mu | What You'll Do Own and prioritise the digital product backlog to ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer outcomes. Partner with stakeholders across all levels to understand needs, refine priorities and drive shared clarity. Provide clear direction to the development squad by defining initiatives, refiningrequirementsand shaping solution outcomes. Lead discovery activities to analyse processes, uncovergapsand translate insights into practical digital enhancements. Support the uplift and effective use of platforms such as ServiceNow to improve efficiency and user experience. Evaluate delivered features andidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement across systems and ways of working.
