Key Responsibilities

• Provide clarity on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the Team Backlog; lead refinement and validate acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, deployment, and post‑release activities.
• Analyze performance metrics; track and socialize OKRs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Lead product demos and ensure alignment with Domain Owners on broader initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management or related roles (PO/Consulting/IT).
• 5+ years experience in software product management; agile experience preferred.

Required Skills & Domain Expertise

• Strong backlog management and story-writing skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams.
• Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of technical and software development concepts.
• Claims experience (high priority).
• Technical expertise to support product delivery.
• Healthcare/clinical domain knowledge such as:

• Formularies
• Utilization Management
• Prior Authorization
• PBM/Payor workflows
