Digital Marketing Sales Manager

About this role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Remote Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the SalesTeam, developing and implementing sales strategies, sales coaching and overseeing daily operations. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.

OBJECTIVES

• Manage and mentor a remote sales team consisting of 8-10 members to ensure that sales targets are consistently met and performance standards are upheld.
• Provide coaching and step in to take over sales calls when necessary to ensure the successful closing of deals.
• Monitor and evaluate sales calls to enhance quality, reduce errors, and track the overall performance of the sales team.
• Conduct needs assessments, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and cost/benefit analyses to optimize team productivity.
• Set and execute performance targets focusing on speed, efficiency, sales, and quality metrics for the team.
• Ensure that all relevant communications, records, and data are accurately updated and meticulously recorded.
• Liaise with cross-functional supervisors, team leaders, and sales teams to foster efficiency and deliver optimal customer results.
