Key Responsibilities
SEO / GEO Strategy & Execution

• Own the SEO/GEO roadmap and monthly operating cadence, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and delivering clear briefs, standards, and QA guidelines
• Act as the strategic owner for organic growth across technical SEO, content optimization, and authority building
• Technical SEO Leadership
• Partner with web development and engineering teams to improve crawlability, indexation, site health, performance, structured data, and release QA
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical SEO issues efficiently
• Content & Authority Growth
• Lead keyword, topic, and user-intent research to guide creation and optimization of high-intent pages, landing pages, and content hubs
• Drive link earning, citations, and authority-building initiatives, including local SEO where applicable
• AI-Driven Discovery (GEO)
• Design and implement answer-first, citation-worthy content modules to improve inclusion and accuracy across AI-powered search and discovery platforms
• Optimize content for emerging generative search experiences to drive visibility and conversions
• Measurement & Optimization
• Build and maintain SEO/GEO dashboards covering visibility, qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Conduct regular audits, analyze performance trends, and translate insights into actionable roadmap updates

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Ability to independently own strategy, prioritization, and execution across technical SEO, content, and authority workstreams
• Strong experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
