Daybreak is redefining sleep apnea treatment through a digital-first, direct-to-consumer model. By combining clinical expertise with digital lab operations, we are building a scalable, patient-centered solution in a fast-growing healthcare space.

Costa Rica plays a key operational role in supporting our digital lab and production workflows.

We are now looking for a Digital Lab Operations Manager to lead and elevate this function.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a 14–20 person digital production team.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving operational performance and production targets
• Maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Managing workflow across interdependent digital processes
• Monitoring KPIs such as turnaround time, quality rates, and productivity
• Leading team supervisors and technicians with clarity and integrity
• Partnering closely with the Site Lead and U.S.-based stakeholders
• Scaling systems without overcomplicating them

This role requires strong structure, decisiveness, and the ability to lead without ego.

Experience

• Experience leading operational or digital production teams (12+ people)
• Background in digital workflows, technical production, or healthcare-related environments preferred
