Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and engagement of patient support groups and associations to establish strategic, long-term partnerships
• Map and evaluate potential patient support groups aligned with target therapeutic areas; lead outreach and develop tailored engagement plans
• Foster trust-based relationships with patient associations and advocacy groups through regular communication and mutual value exchange
• Lead strategic development and optimization of patient panel technology for global growth, responsiveness, seamless user experience, and quality standards
• Design, execute, and continuously improve global patient panel growth strategies to increase registrations, reactivations, and unique participants
• Own global digital growth and optimization strategy for patient panel brands
• Develop unified frameworks for digital planning, execution, testing, and reporting across web, social media, paid media, SEO, and content
• Ensure digital strategies align with panel objectives, brand guidelines, and business targets
