Job Description

  • Develop a holistic, end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.
  • Lead execution across all digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, CRM, email marketing, content, and influencer marketing.
  • Oversee the customer journey and digital funnel, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns, ensuring performance efficiency and strong ROI.
  • Lead content strategy and ensure channel‑appropriate, timely, and trend‑relevant executions.
  • Oversee website, eCommerce assets, and UX/UI improvements to enhance customer experience and conversion.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Creative, public relations, eCommerce, and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across all initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.
