Digital Marketing Manager – Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Email & SMS

Salary: £40,000 per year DOE

TMG is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team full-time and take ownership of our paid advertising, CRM, email and SMS marketing.

This is an in-house role working across TMG Competitions and other TMG brands, with significant responsibility and the freedom to test, improve and scale campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to turn traffic into customers, increase repeat purchases and get the most from an existing customer database.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Managing Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager
• Building, testing and scaling paid campaigns
• Managing budgets and monitoring ROAS
• Creating and testing audiences, creatives and retargeting campaigns
• Managing Klaviyo email marketing
• Building and improving automated email flows
• Managing SMS campaigns
• Abandoned checkout and customer reactivation campaigns
• Customer segmentation based on behaviour and spend
• Draw-closing, urgency and promotional campaigns
• Improving repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
• Managing Meta custom audiences and remarketing
• Monitoring email deliverability and sender reputation
• Working with our content team to create high-performing ads
• Tracking campaign performance and producing weekly reports
• Testing new marketing ideas and opportunities
• Working directly with the Directors and wider TMG team
