About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to take ownership of two £1m portfolios:
- The promotion of a desirable, sustainable events venue
- The promotion of a portfolio of training products to non-members
You will take immediate ownership of the live commercial B2B marketing activity, leading the planning and execution of campaigns focused on lead generation, acquisition, nurturing and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lead-generating, income-driving marketing campaigns
- Design and implement targeted, automated email campaigns, including segmentation and lead nurturing
- Oversee Paid Search, PPC and Paid Social campaigns
- Manage agency relationships and oversee creative development
- Line manage a Marketing Executive

We’re looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in acquisition and growth marketing

- Strong understanding of Paid Search and PPC
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Native-level English proficiency
