We are a growing Australian sports apparel and teamwear company seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our online presence and lead our digital marketing strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, results-driven, and passionate about building brands through digital channels. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, improving website performance, and driving online sales through a range of marketing initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities

## Social Media Management (Meta Platforms)

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook and Instagram.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Manage content calendars and scheduling.
• Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries, and grow online communities.
• Track and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

## Email Marketing

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to existing and prospective customers.
• Create automated email sequences and customer journeys.
• Build and maintain email databases.
• Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Implement strategies to improve customer retention and repeat business.

## SEO & Google Marketing

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise website content, metadata, and landing pages.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor return on investment.
• Utilise Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track website performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase website traffic and lead generation.
