The ServiceNow Platform team at Banner Health is part of the Intelligent Automation organization and supports operational and corporate teams across the enterprise. The team focuses on building and supporting employee-focused digital solutions that streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance how Banner teams interact with technology. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, automations, and AI-powered capabilities. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Platform Administrators, QA teams, and other IT stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support Banner’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care.

Our team is passionate about collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation, with a strong focus on leveraging the latest ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist, Creator Plus, and other AI-powered features. This role offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, contribute to enterprise-wide solutions, and continuously expand your ServiceNow expertise. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Arizona time, with limited schedule flexibility.
