The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the regulatory and developmental aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. How You Will Own It
- Define site scope and project timeline for entitlements.
- Allocate resources needed to entitle projects quickly.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to internal and external stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Manage contracts with consultants by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
