The Opportunity
The Development Product Owner - Senior - GRC Technology serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements that drive measurable business value. In this role, you will lead product planning activities, gather and refine requirements, develop and prioritize user stories, and provide ongoing direction throughout the product development lifecycle. Leveraging advanced Agile and SAFe practices, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, you will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and development teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that support governance, risk, compliance, and operational objectives. This position requires the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess 6 or more years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business analysis, requirements management, or related business operations.
