Role Description

We’re hiring a
Design Project Manager
who can own
end-to-end delivery across multiple client projects
, while also strengthening our
internal operations and systems
. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll work closely with the founders, keep projects moving fast without chaos, and help us scale delivery quality through SOPs + automation.

You’ll be the person who ensures:

• Clients always know what’s happening (and feel taken care of).
• The team always knows what to do next (and by when).
• Delivery becomes more repeatable every month (less manual work, fewer gaps).

Requirements

- Experience managing
multiple parallel projects
(agency, studio, or product delivery environments).
- Strong written communication skills (client-ready writing, clear summaries, crisp action items).
- Comfort working closely with founders and operating with high autonomy.
- Strong command of
Notion
(databases, templates, task systems, linking, permissions).
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional work (design, web/dev, content) with real deadlines.
- Flexibility of coordination between the team (Indian timezone) and the clients (US timezone)
