# Role Overview

This is an individual contributor role at the functional managerlevel working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role will be accountable for two core functions:

• **Design LeadershipExecution:** Developing highquality visual assets across digital, presentation, and brand channels to communicate complex scientific concepts with clarity and impact
• **Marketing Operations:** Managing the processes, systems, calendars, workflows, and campaign execution that keep marketing running efficiently and predictably.

This role blends design excellence with strong marketing operations. The ideal candidate is both a structured, systemsdriven marketing operator and a polished designer who can elevate visual communication to influence external and internal stakeholders.

# Key Responsibilities

## 1. Design Leadership (Primary Focus)

UI/UXDigital Design

• Design website components, landing pages, and marketing assets using Figma.
• Partner with internalexternal teams to deliver production-ready design files.
• Maintain and evolve Rancho's visual design system and brand guidelines.

MarketingBrand Design

- Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, and web.
- Develop vector graphics, diagrams, and illustrations that simplify complex scientific ideas.
