Location: Wakefield, WF5 - Hybrid: Based on requirements, we are able to offer some flexibility to work from home,
Pay: £38,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday with requirement for 1 in 5 weeks Duty Manager cover and flexibility

As Deputy Branch Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the leadership and performance of the branch, helping deliver high‑quality security services and strong client outcomes across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. Working closely with the Branch Operations Manager, you’ll lead and motivate teams, ensure operational standards are met, and drive engagement, safety and compliance across the business.

This is a hands‑on role, and the Deputy Branch Operations Manager will share responsibility for workforce planning, cost control, audits and employee wellbeing, while also developing talent and supporting future leaders.
