We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience and possess strong analytical skills to support data management and reporting activities. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of data from multiple sources.

Support data entry, data cleansing, and data maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality datasets.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.

Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and work towards resolution.

Maintain documentation related to data processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.


Qualifications:
Up to 2 years of experience as a Data Support Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of data management principles and practices.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
