What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze case volumes, call volumes, staff productivity, and resource planning to drive operational efficiency
• Automate manual data processes and migrate applications to modern technologies
• Prepare data for Tableau dashboards delivering insights and exception reporting
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand business needs and develop logic for Tableau KPIs
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for automating data reporting from multiple sources

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and database development
• Strong knowledge of database technologies including PL/SQL, T-SQL, and query optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server development and troubleshooting
• Experience with ETL and reporting tools such as SSIS, SSRS, and Alteryx
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
• Exposure to front-end development (e.g., .NET/Python)
