About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as one of the most senior analytical voices within the organization, partnering closely with directors and senior leadership across multiple departments including Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Revenue, Operations, Customer Experience, and Platform. Your primary responsibility will be to tackle some of Zocdoc’s most complex and ambiguous business challenges by designing and leading advanced analytical strategies. This includes applying rigorous experimentation, causal inference frameworks, and innovative modeling techniques to inform decision-making at scale.
