Reporting to the Senior Manager – Analytics & Information Management – the Data Scientist will engage with all levels of the TD Auto Finance team and utilize their skills to provide value added information to business stakeholders.
- Work with business partners on initiatives and projects. Provide consultation and recommendations by highlighting impacts from a quantitative point of view.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for the business to maximize shareholder value through provisioning of analytics discovery and business insights.
- Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork; ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
- Manage, update, and maintain financial models and profitability reports for consumption of product partners. Liaison with a variety of teams (TBSM, Capital, Risk, Finance) to understand changes to financial variables and their impact to the model's output.
