Job Summary
The main objective of this role is to assess vast quantities of healthcare data and collaborate with our business teams to create predictive modeling for KPI tools that evaluate our processes and services.
Education & Experience
Required:
- A master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be able to receive favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense D0D) background investigation
- Experience using statistical computer languages including Python and SQL
- Working knowledge of a variety of advanced machine-learning techniques, including regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, and arti¿cial neural networks
- Expertise with statistical and data mining techniques including GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
- Experience analyzing data from third-party providers
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong data analysis, statistics, problem solving and project management experience
- Advanced in MS Excel and proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, health care or insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Coding experience with C, C++, Java, and JavaScript
