About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team to support forecasting and demand planning initiatives, including volume and contact center forecasting. The ideal candidate will develop and enhance statistical and predictive models to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize workforce planning, and facilitate operational decision-making. This role involves analyzing large datasets, applying advanced analytical techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business success.
