About The Role
The Lead Data Scientist at Humana plays a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This senior position involves leading projects that utilize mathematics, statistics, modeling, and business analysis to develop advanced analytic solutions. The Lead Data Scientist will manage the collection, maintenance, and analysis of structured and unstructured data sets, creating reports, models, and presentations that support business strategies and operations. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data science or analytics
