Product Manager – Life Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong Life Insurance domain expertise to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery of digital insurance solutions. The candidate will work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to build scalable insurance products and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and business strategy
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders
• Work with engineering and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage insurance product enhancements and digital transformation initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
• Drive Agile ceremonies and product backlog management
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, compliance, and operations teams
• Ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong experience in Life Insurance domain
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policy lifecycle, and regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital insurance platforms
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• MBA or equivalent qualification
