About The Role
Calibre Systems is seeking an experienced Instructor/Facilitator - Data Analytics to join our team supporting the Army Force Management School (AFMS) at Fort Belvoir, VA. This pivotal role involves delivering specialized instruction on data analytics tools, methodologies, and their practical application within Army force management processes. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, responsible for developing and executing training programs that empower Army leaders and analysts to leverage data effectively for strategic decision-making. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in data analytics and operational Army experience, especially at the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) level. The instructor will play a crucial role in curriculum development, student mentorship, and fostering a data-driven culture within Army force management.


Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment.
