About The Role
The Principal AI Data Scientist – Service will be an integral part of the Supply Chain AI team, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain AI Technology. This role is centered on designing, developing, and deploying comprehensive AI and data science solutions that enhance global service operations. Responsibilities include optimizing field service engineer workforce management, streamlining service job routing, implementing predictive and preventative maintenance strategies, and managing service parts inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional passionate about building scalable, production-grade AI/ML and optimization solutions, leveraging cloud-native technologies such as Azure and Snowflake. You will collaborate closely with service leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional partners to translate complex business challenges into impactful AI-driven solutions. This remote position may require up to 25-30% travel for workshops and stakeholder engagement, providing flexibility and opportunities to engage directly with global teams and clients.


Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
