The Opportunity

The Data & Reporting Analyst is a hands-on reporting and analytics role within the Middle Office, positioned in Core Technology Services (CTS) as part of our Business Technology group. This role is responsible for producing accurate, timely reporting and analytics that support Mawer’s investment strategies across equity, fixed income, and balanced mandates. The Data & Reporting Analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of Mawer’s reporting infrastructure in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, working closely with stakeholders across Investment Management and Business Technology.

The focus is on building and enhancing dashboards, data models, and recurring reporting processes that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with Mawer’s data architecture standards. The role also supports data quality, documentation, and control practices to ensure that reporting outputs are trusted, well-understood, and fit for decision-making.
